    Brandi's role as the Center Director is to lead and manage all aspects of the West Lancaster KinderCare. Her focus is on providing quality programming and exceptional service to you and your children, leading a staff of great people and assuring overall that we provide the highest level of quality care and education. She strives each and every day to make sure we are doing our best to provide you with the quality care that you deserve. Brandi looks forward to getting to know every family and building lasting relationships founded on strong communication. Her door is always open to your questions, concerns, as well as praise and acknowledgement are always welcome.

  • Adriana Terry

    Adriana has worked in the childcare field since 1989 and has had the pleasure of working with children of all ages. In 2001 she began working in the administration aspect of the field. In 2010 she joined the KinderCare team and worked as a Discovery Preschool teacher working with our 2-3 year old children. Within a year of joining our company she was promoted to the Assistant Director of the West Lancaster KinderCare. As the Assistant Director it is her responsibility to assist the Director in running the centers daily operations in accordance with KinderCare policies, procedures and state licensing requirements. In the absence of the Center Director she is responsible for assuming all roles and responsibilities of the Center Director. Adrianay enjoys working with each of our families to create an extended family environment.

  • Ms. Rebecca

    Ms. Rebecca began working in the field of Child Development as a teenager. She has earned her Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, as well as a Bachelor's and Master's degrees in other subjects. Ms. Rebecca loves children and has worked with infants through school age in the childcare setting and as a nanny. She enjoys reading to the children, sharing music and art experiences. Her passion is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for all children to explore, learn and grow.

    Ms. Julie has been teaching for eleven years and has loved every year that she has worked for KinderCare. She has her certificate in Child Care Development and Preschool. Ms. Julie has been working for KinderCare for six years and has enjoyed watching the center and the children grow. She has worked with the toddlers and enjoyed every moment with them.

  • Ms. Maria

    Ms. Maria was inspired by her former 8th grade teacher to help children learn and become successful in life. She in pursuing her Master's degree in Child Adolescents and Family. Her philosophy is the first five years of a child's life is very important for their social, physical and cognitive development. Ms. Maria has volunteered in Pathway of Hope Worship Center for ten years as a Sunday School Teacher. She believes children are challenging but, we have to understand where they are coming from and help them learn. Ms. Maria has received her Associate's Degree in Child and Family Education. She also has certification and accreditation with her teacher associate permit by California.
